These terms cover the website. The terms of a journey itself come with the written quote for that journey.
Nothing here is a quote
Package pages describe what a journey includes. They are not an offer, a price, or a confirmed booking. Dates, hotels, flights and costs are confirmed to you in writing before you pay anything, and that written confirmation is what binds both of us.
Booking terms
Payment, deposit, change and cancellation terms are set out in the written quote and booking confirmation for your journey. Ask us for them before you commit; we will send them without being chased.
Approvals we do not control
Hajj and Umrah travel depends on visas, quotas and permissions granted by the Saudi authorities, and on airline schedules. We tell you which approvals your journey depends on before you commit, but we cannot guarantee a decision that is not ours to make.
Accuracy of this site
We keep these pages current, but details change. Where a page and your written confirmation disagree, the written confirmation is correct.
